3 click from each position turns on Turbo 2 click in the Main group turns on Firefly. 2 click from each position (on, off) turns on the Main group. For example, releasing the switch on the last one, Turbo 900lm, blocks us in the Turbo group, and pressing and holding switch allows us to change the mode from 900lm to 1800lm. Releasing the button at any brightness level locks us in the group to which this brightness belongs. From the off position, pressing and holding always activates the lowest mode and cycle up to Turbo 900lm, over and over again (if we press the switch all time). We have 4 groups of modes to choose from:ģ Firefly group modes (0.15lm-1.5lm-5.5lm)Īccess to the first 3 groups is in two ways:

And besides, the best way to learn is to practice, not to read and learn from the instruction.ġ click on, 1 click off, in on position press and hold to change modes It's not such a high drain.Īnd besides, these are LG MH1 batteries in Armytek wrapping. Good cells.Įverything explains the instructions, but I will tell you how I understood it.

Ok they have these batteries on the page, it says discharge current up to 3.7A. (Just to point out, I am not making fun of Natalia, I just make fun of this situation, come on, everyone can misunderstand something from time to time) It says "The ability to work even under heavy load", but nothing specific what "heavy load" is. Cap with strong magnet and space for a charger.Ī big spring, really presses the battery after tightening, the cell will not rattle, no matter what.Īrmytek 18650, 11,8Wh 3200mAh. Unprotected.

Battery tube, 2 o-rings at the end and very well greased threads. there's a diode in the head! Ah, it's so easy to forget XHP50 neutral white, on the packaging we see the inscription 2300 LED lumens,īut in the instructions the manufacturer honestly admits that it is really 1800lm. We have a heat sink to help dissipate heat. If you are a fan of Armytek Wizard, you absolutely must have this gadget Head with steel ring, TIR optics, like honeycomb

Despite the larger size and, perhaps, a little unfortunate mode spacing, I think that the additional power, wider angle and extended operating time is a plus for this flashlight.Weight: with battery 111g, so satisfying to see. Without battery: 63,7g
#Armytek wizard pro v2 review update
In conclusion, a very successful update of the popular Wizard headlamp. Under the yellow button there is so-called "multipurpose indicator" that shows both the battery charge level and the temperature level (3 colors - green, orange, red). Fortunately, the 5000mAh battery can be dropped into any charger that accommodates 21700 batteries.ĥ Last but not least is the button, which contrasts beautifully with the black casing. The charging speed could be a bit faster, the 1A current is a bit low for today's times. You can use it interchangeably between other flashlights. Magnetic charging despite the larger diameter is identical as in other Wizards, and the charger is identical. Nevertheless, the stabilization is exemplary and the runtime of 7h on 21700 cell in medium mode is really impressive. If you remember Wizards of the generation 3, then, unfortunately, in the version 4 the temperature threshold is lowered, which means that, in the Turbo mode, the flashlight decreases its brightness before it gets hot and does not increase it after it cools down. In the Max model, the optics are wider than in previous Wizards, which in practice means, on the one hand, more area in front of the user covered with light, and on the other, less throw despite the increase in power.Īs befits a Wizard, we have flat stabilization here. Wizard comes equipped in Cree XHP70.2 LED in two versions - White (5700K) and Warm (4000K) provides a nice, even distribution of light. As far as minor details are concerned, it is nice to see a glass protecting optics, which without protection would get scratched quickly. Anodization with a specific texture of chalk adheres very well to the fingers, but quickly catches scratches. Resistance to falls from 10m, immersion in water up to 10m is something that is rarely found in the competition. Performance of ArmyTek flashlights is world class, Wizard Max does not stand out.

Of course I encourage you to watch the full review in English, below a few words of summary 😉 Wizard headlamps are one of the best on the market, and the Max version, although a bit bigger and heavier, gives noticeably longer runtime and maximum power. Hi, today I would like to share my impressions of the ArmyTek Wizard C2 Pro Max flashlight in the Warm version, not from yesterday recommended in the group.
